Shipping policy

Shipping Methods:  We offer various shipping methods of your choice available at an additional cost.

Processing Time:  Orders are typically initiated for processing and shipping within 2 business days from the date of purchase.  Processing times may vary based on the product chosen, availability and lead time from the manufacturer.  You will typically get a confirmation email from our team on the status of your order once we have processed it.

Out of stock:  In some cases, based on the product, the stock is carried directly at the Manufacturer and depending on its demand the product may be out of stock at the time of order or at the time of processing.  We will make every endeavor to work with our manufacturing partners to get you the desired product and model.  In cases were the stock is not available and not in our control, we will either replace the order with a similar product after obtaining your consent or refund you the purchase price in full.

Shipping Rates:  Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected during checkout. You can view the shipping cost for your order before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery Time:  Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.  We use established third party vendors, but do not have any control over their shipping policies and practices.  Expedited shipping options offer faster delivery.

International Shipping:  We currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada online.  For international orders please email us directly at WeCare@SmartNetZero.com  Note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which you will be held responsible for.

Order Tracking:  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.

Shipping Address:  Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
